No. www.kernez.com operates online only. By doing this we keep our costs and overheads low and pass on the savings to you!  Shopping online offers you a hassle-free shopping experience, a convenient and time-saving alternative to traditional stores.

How do I place an order?

To place an order on our online store, just follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Choose your leather item and add to shopping cart
Browse through our  website and click on a product image for more detailed information. Select the product you would like to order and click on the [buy now] button.If you want to add more items to your bag click the [back to shopping] button.

Step 2: Your shopping cart
You can review the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the [shopping cart] section located on the far left of the page.
To delete an item from your shopping cart, click the [delete] check box next to the item you wish to remove and click the [update cart] button to update your selection before proceeding to the checkout.
When you are happy with your selections, click the [go to checkout] button

Step 3: Login or Sign up as a Member
Our checkout will prompt you to a secure area where you are required to login in (or sign up as a member for your first time). To sign up as a member, you will be asked to enter your basic contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the [submit] button.

Step 4: Checkout Process
Finally, all you need to do is follow the self-explanatory 4-step process through the checkout - it is very easy. It is important that you confirm your order and carefully complete your payment details. When you are satisfied with all your entered information please select the [confirm the order] button. You will be given a Order Number for your purchase at the end of the checkout process.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will be able to change or cancel your order accordingly, as per your request. However, if your order has been dispatched, simply return any items you do not want within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, by following our return and refund instructions.

We ship all orders from USA.


Do you deliver to anywhere in USA?

Yes, We are able to deliver to nearly all addresses in USA, including business, private and post office box addresses.


How much is postage to USA locations?

At our store we offer free shipping on all orders over $120. Orders under $120 are calculated at a flat rate of $10 for all standard shipping to anywhere within USA. Please note that our flat shipping rate may not apply to bulk or wholesale orders. Do you ship internationally to destinations other than Australia?

Yes, we do ship internationally to a variety of countries, but for shipments to international destinations, please contact kernezny@gmail.com for instructions, availability and shipping rates.


How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the destination of your order. Generally, all items are dispatched within 2 working days once your payment has been confirmed. We ship all our standard orders via Australia Post Express Post - This generally takes around 2 to 3 working days for delivery.  Please also refer to our shipping and postage information page for details.


I have not received my order, what do I do?

All items are generally dispatched within 2 working days upon confirmation of your payment. We ship all our goods via courier or Australia Post Express Post and generally this  takes around 2 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia. However, if your order has still not arrived after 10 working days from the date of your payment, please notify kernezny@gmail.com and quote your Order Number for our follow-up.
